The purpose of this document is to summarize the activities planned by the Executive Director and Staff of the Canadian Unitarian Council for the period 2010-11. This plan reflects the needs and priorities articulated by Canadian UUs in the Executive Director’s 2009 Survey and in numerous one-on-one and group meetings, e-mail discussions and conversations. The plan is organized in accordance with strategic directions articulated by the Board of Trustees of the Canadian

Unitarian Council in the form of ‘Ends’, or collective goals of the organization, to fulfill the Vision and Mission articulated by the member congregations. A budget document accompanies this planning document.

It is understood that these plans will be under regular review and subject to modification as circumstances and resources dictate.
