First Steps: The Shortcut Version

Bring your new people into your leadership circle--I can't say enough about how much it pays back to take the time to do this. Keep track of who your "keeners" are, and invite them to leadership events that might interest them. The best way to start this is to invite them to join you in greeting for a Sunday morning. Find out what they're interested in, and connect them with it.
