The Board is committed to engaging with the Unitarian Universalist Ministers of Canada (UUMOC) to reflect the importance of professional ministry in supporting Unitarians and Universalists and their congregations.

These two organizations desire to be in right relationship with each other, the better to grow vital religious communities in Canada, and have therefore entered into a mutual covenant.

We spent time in February 2009 discussing with our UUMOC Observer to the Board issues that have sometimes divided us, and we have dedicated time during and immediately after the upcoming ACM to explore how best to support and consult with our UU ministers.
