The CUC Board is currently undertaking a systematic overhaul of its policies and procedures to ensure that they are in line with the CUC's Mission & Vision Statement, that we have less “red tape” as an organization, and that staff are inspired to respond more quickly and directly to needs of our various communities.

The Board has worked hard over the two years to revise its board policies.  We are currently working with the Executive Director to develop monitoring processes that will track how goals are being met.
